1. Sponsor. Firepot Seafood and Hotpot ("Sponsor"), 11375 Fountain Lake Dr, Stafford, TX 77477.

2. Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes begins on [START DATE] at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on December 26th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). The drawing will be held on or before December 26th, 2026.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, visit [firepotayce.com/win] and complete the entry form by providing your full name, phone number, and email address, then complete the digital scratch card to reveal the number of entry tickets awarded. Each entrant is assigned a unique five-digit claim number. To receive physical entry tickets, present your claim number in person at Firepot AYCE within thirty (30) days of your most recent entry activity. Physical entry tickets will be stamped with your claim number and deposited into the drawing.

Entry is free. Internet access is required to enter; standard data rates may apply.

5. Earning Entry Tickets. Entry tickets are awarded as follows:

(a) Entry credit: one (1) entry ticket per person per calendar day (Central Time) for completing the entry form, regardless of the number of times the form is submitted that day.

(b) Return bonus: two (2) additional entry tickets, awarded one time only, on an entrant's second day of participation.

(c) Optional bonus actions, each credited a maximum of one time per person for the duration of the Promotion Period: following Sponsor on Instagram (2 tickets); following Sponsor on TikTok (2 tickets); liking Sponsor's Facebook page (1 ticket); submitting written feedback through the entry form (1 ticket); leaving a Google review (3 tickets).

All bonus actions are optional. Completion of bonus actions is self-reported at the time of entry; Sponsor reserves the right to verify completion and to void entry tickets associated with actions that were reported but not completed. Entry tickets awarded are determined solely by Sponsor's system of record.

6. Limits. One (1) claim account per person and per phone number/email address. Entry credits are limited as described in Section 5. Entries generated by script, macro, automated means, or by providing false, duplicate, or third-party contact information will be void. Uncollected entry tickets expire one-hundred-eighty (180) days after the entrant's most recent entry activity.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. 15 potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all physical entry tickets deposited during the Promotion Period, conducted by Sponsor or its designee on or about December 26th,2026 at Firepot AYCE. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entry tickets received. Potential winners will be identified by the claim number stamped on the drawn ticket and notified by phone and/or email within 15 days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 15 days, does not respond, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Prize. Various prizes, including gift cards, vouchers, and additional gifts. Approximate retail value of all prizes: $45,000. Prize is non-transferable; no cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

9. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used solely to administer this Sweepstakes, verify claims, and notify winners, and will be handled in accordance with the privacy statement displayed on the entry page. Sponsor does not sell or share entrant information. Entrants may request deletion of their information after the Promotion Period by contacting hello@firepotayce.com.

10. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, in which case Sponsor will select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions; or errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, or Google.
